How we work
BLOCS designs landscape as a working part of the building. Outdoor space that supports approvals, holds its budget, and is ready when the project needs it.
We work primarily with multifamily and senior living developers across California. Many hire us repeatedly — because the work shows up clean, the documents hold up under bid, and the landscape doesn’t become the slow part of the project.
Whether the project is 200 units of multifamily, an assisted living community, or a mixed-use development, our job is the same: design that carries weight from entitlement through year ten.
